As our Risk & Compliance Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Customer Distribution Center always meets the applicable safety regulations and guidelines we have at IKEA, as well as Danish national laws and standards. This means that it is also your responsibility to ensure that all our co-workers understand and work in accordance with the applicable rules. You will be involved in tasks that require collaboration across different departments, and at times the tasks are very unforeseen, and will require action here and now. Your primary tasks will be:
• Control of security systems • Handling diverse security issues • Follow-up of safety procedures is observed in the departments • Ensure development of administrative as well as operational security routines • Create a safety and security culture and inspire a risk and compliance performance mindset • Lead the unit’s co-workers at all levels to have a risk-based approach to safety & security by coaching and training in the Group Rule for Safety & Security

Our Customer Distribution Center in Brøndby is a part of IKEA Denmark with approx. 170 employees and growing. We will relocate from our current facility in Brøndby to Hedehusene during autumn 2022. You'll be a part of an international organization, with many different development opportunities, both short- and longterm.
