• Proven training in HR Administration or equivalent • Minimum 2 year of experience within HR Administration • Experience in using digital tools to optimize efficiency • Knowledge of HR Admin practices, policies, processes, regulations and legislations • Very good level of knowledge on Excel, Word and PPT • Ability to plan, structure and prioritize own workload • Strong collaboration skills • Able to work independently and also as part of a team to deliver towards individual and shared goals • Capable of simultaneously handling multiple tasks and interfaces • Project integrity, honesty and reliability in all interpersonal relations • High levels of flexibility and solutions orientation • English language - intermediate/advanced level

Optimise people planning practices and posting of timely co-workers schedules to the needs of the unit. Providing HR administrative support in line with the Service Level Agreements.
About the assignment
• Implement people planning strategy at unit level, according to principles/guidelines as localized by the Country P&C team • Ensuring adherence to IKEA employment standards and legal requirements related to People Planning in the unit • Contribute to the unit’s complete people planning Offering support on HR Administrative tasks: updating personnel files, people data compiling and administration, preparing contracts, scheduling, booking and coordinating HR related travel, meetings and events. • Collaborate closely within the HR Administration team to share best practices and prevent duplications of work
