We are looking for you, a leader of engineering with manager responsibility that drives IKEA towards a strong digital identity foundation supporting our business today as well as tomorrow.

To succeed as an engineering manager:

• We expect that you are passionate about Identity-driven security and curious to drive exploration and modernization of new technologies and concepts.

• You are considered a leader within this area. Previous manager responsibility is not a must, but it is an important part of the position.

• Your energy is driven from outcome and value-based measurement with an eagerness to always learn and improve how your team can be more efficient delivering business value.

• You also have a strong understanding of Identity and Access management concepts, integrations, compliance, and access best practices. You are quality driven with a high understanding of how new features and functionality impacts large companies and organisations.

• Creating, planning, and executing a roadmap within your responsible area of Identity & Access Management.

• Build, lead and develop people as part of your team and continuously improve and grow an agile engineering mindset.

• On daily basis work with peers and stakeholders to ensure we deliver expected business value.

• Being responsible for a team that covers end-to-end e.g. development, security and operational (DevSecOps) aspects.

We are a diverse team with a mix of co-workers and partners supporting IKEA globally. IAM is an important enabler which means that we work close with our stakeholders to lead and prioritize our digital modernisation journey.

This position is based in southern Sweden and will consist of both local and remote work.
