You have the experience of working with many different co-workers in an international environment in a highly pro-active way. You have a proven track record in setting and maintaining the structures for business performance management, including the annual business plan cycle and the performance follow up.
Business Performance management, connected to the Centres value creation beyond the traditional financial indicators, is becoming increasingly important. To accommodate this from Business Navigation perspective, we are now bringing the areas of business planning, business performance reporting and Business Navigation support to global initiatives together in 1 team. You bring relevant experience that helps you to build and lead this team.
You and your team will be closely working together with the global Business Navigation team, the Business Navigation teams employed in our markets and with many stakeholders throughout the Centres organization and Ingka Group.
We are looking for candidates with • Deep knowledge of Business Performance Management and how to create a business performance culture within a company. • Well-developed knowledge of how to create and implement change initiatives and manage stakeholders in Ingka Centres. • Master’s degree or equivalent in Business / Finance / Economics or a related field. • Extensive experience in business performance management. • You have 10 years + experience of increased responsibility in business performance management of which a minimum of five years as a manager within a large international business. • Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English. • Proven skills in developing people.
What you'll be doing day to day
As Business Navigator Manager at Ingka Centres you are part of the CFO Domain. The CFO Domain´s mission is to secure Ingka Group long term profitable growth and independence through financial steering and decision support, operational excellence and compliance.
Your work will include
• Leading & developing the Business Planning & Performance team, securing Business Navigation competence within the function as well as spreading it to the rest of the organization. • Business Partnering with Domain managers and co-workers, working together on key initiatives to enhance performance, securing strong business cases and follow up on actual achievements. • Creating the Business Plan document for Ingka Centres in strong cooperation with Management Team and Strategy & Insights Manager with the input of all relevant business owners and business partners and ensure the follow up on all initiatives and goals included in the plan. • Driving and coordinating the process of defining and executing the Centres Business Planning within Centres including defining the deliverables, timing, milestones, roles & responsibilities and the communication plan. • Creating and maintaining the set of (multi-dimensional) Business Performance indicators to follow up on the strategic objectives as defined in the Ingka Centres Direction. • Ensuring timely Business Performance reporting to management team and other global stakeholders, providing insights to the performance on the performance indicators, in close cooperation with the indicator owners.
In this role you will be based in Leiden, the Netherlands and you will report to Sander de Haas, Centres Business Navigation Manager (based in Leiden, the Netherlands).
