To provide customer analytics and insights for defining offerings to understand customer behavior + preferences, attract, retain + engage customers, increase overall lifetime value, measure marketing channel effectiveness and the impact of marketing initiatives. To support cross-functionally and provide key insights and data-driven recommendations.

•You have a University degree, ideally in Marketing with focus on data analytics or a comparable education.
•You have professional experience in the area of data and analytics and make data insights understandable, digestible and visually appealing.
•You have an excellent understanding and usage of digital analytics tools – advanced knowledge in GCP/BigQuery, SQL and Jupyter notebooks.
•You have strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions with speed and simplicity.
•You bring good knowledge of customer behavior in relation to loyalty programs and CRM as well as broad knowledge of performance marketing measures
•You have strong knowledge and experience in campaign tracking and performance analytics.
•You are results-oriented and data-driven and have the ability to translate knowledge into action
•You are fluency in German & English, both oral and written.
•You bring good communication skills to explain complex data to a broader audience with different knowledge levels.


•Act as a member of the Marketing team and proactively contribute to marketing plan/output in order to deliver to the common objectives and goals.
•Drive statistical analysis and data modelling to create insight led local offerings for engagement opportunities across multiple customer groups.
•Drive performance analysis and optimization of local offerings/local Family benefits, rewards and engagement across multiple customer groups.
•Collaborate with central CRM Hub on data/analytics and performance of all customer engagement activities and deriving local insights.
•Support Marketing Performance Leader with Customer Engagement Performance analysis as well as conclusions that can be drawn from it to identify improvement areas.
•Actively cooperate with all key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and maximize impact.
•Contribute to the integrated multichannel executions/output of the function in order to contribute to the business goals.
•Be an active player in driving an open and sharing climate, be a role model of the IKEA values, and contribute to the transformation of IKEA.
