你的工作职责

在多渠道零售环境下,通过以下方式与新顾客和现有顾客建立并保持长期联系:
• 重视并满足顾客的需求与期望,从而促进越来越频繁的访问。
• 了解顾客的动机和期望,并且在将其转化为商业机会方面发挥积极作用。
• 确保积极的购物体验,在售前,售中和售后,让顾客建立对宜家品牌的信任。
• 利用宜家产品系列和服务知识,优化顾客体验,确保顾客满意度。
• 在整个购物过程中,为顾客简单的查询需求提供快速便捷的解决方案,为每位客户提供支持。
• 及时记录顾客相关信息,从而不断地改善宜家的业务和顾客的购物体验
