Finance Intern 财务实习生

IKEA Supply China (“ISCN”) is the wholesale business unit buying IKEA goods from suppliers and selling to retailers in Asia Pacific region, comparable to IKEA Supply AG. As a unit equipped with finance, legal, risk, compensation, benefit, corporate communication specialists, ISCN also provides common/shared services to all Inter IKEA business units and sites in China.

·         The responsibility of a Finance Intern includes:

·         Supporting accounting & reporting unit

·         Supporting tax accounting efforts (VAT invoice preparation, issuance, and filing)

·         Supporting tariff payments (Import VAT payment handling, customs duty sheets handling and filing)

·         Filing invoices and payment requisition documents

·         Translating certain documents

·         Assisting corporate administration work (contract and vender information maintenance)

·         Ad hoc support

·         Preferably major in finance, accounting, or business

·         Good learning ability

·         Excellent English skills, both reading and writing (candidates with language qualification test score attached in CVs are preferred)

·         Good problem identification and solving skills

·         Can work for 4-5 days every week
